Engagement Terms

All marketing services are governed by a signed contract that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment, and termination. Standard terms include:

• First month of ongoing services is invoiced at contract signing.
• Subsequent invoices are due on receipt.
• 30 day written notice is required to terminate ongoing services.
• Additional office or event visits beyond the monthly content shoot are billed at a per visit rate plus mileage, both outlined in your scope of work.

No Guarantee of Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our direct control. We do not guarantee specific results such as follower count, leads, or revenue. We commit to consistent, on brand execution and transparent reporting.
